Time to make Udyr's phoenix viable

A little over year ago riot said they would look into making Udyr's Phoenix stance viable. This stance was designed to power farm camps, with the nerf to jungle exp this stance has never been more useless. Udyr's phoenix stance needs to be revamped, it just takes up a slot and doesn't scale at all into the lategame. If it scaled with AD that would be amazing. Something as simple as changing what it scales with should be obtainable. Thank you for your time.
