Key Fragments?
Quick question! Do key fragments drop after any game or only on wins? and do they drop on all game modes (ARAM, TT, etc...)? Thank you for your answers! I was to lazy to google it so yeah... [slayer-jinx-catface]

Key fragments can only drop after wins.
They drop from any matchmade mode, meaning basically anything as long as it isn't a custom game or co-op vs. AI.
Their droprate increases when "playing with friends," according to the FAQ page. It's not clear if that refers to the size of your premade or the number of people in your premade who are also on your friend's list. To be safe you can try to friend everyone in your premade before queuing up.
They drop randomly after games.
