CO-OP VS. AI and New Players

I find your system to teach new/younger players how to play the game is lacking. After the unrealistic tutorial. You know making Ashe buy a thornmail and her doing more damage then it says she can..... after that its encouraged that you play bots till you learn the mechanics what to build and so fourth. Yet when you play bots(intermediate) you are put into another unrealistic setting. Their is no jungler on the bot side forcing them not to have a jungler themselves. For many reasons. One they may not know any better, two no new player can handle 2 bots top by themselves, three when I was a noob in S3 I would sometimes complain when we had a jungler because I always went top and who enjoys hugging tower or be punished in the early game? I'm trying to teach my sister how to play. Intermediate bots cause they are the most realistic out of the bunch... And it's hard to teach her when the whole setting is unrealistic and their are so many Boted regular accounts. Sometimes you have 2 jungler bots staying in the jungle so its a 3v5. Other times you got broken bots like I just experienced that after you call top they obv. go top anyways and feed. Making it hard to play together or even out the other lanes. I honestly think the easiest champions should be free so new players don't start playing higher difficulty champions and have a really rough time. I could go on and on. But i'm just gonna leave it at that. Are their any plans to fix any of these problems?

P.S. I was going to submit this as a support ticket but it recommended me to use forums which I never do. And even If I didn't I know I would get nothing done sending it to support. OH sorry that's not my department/Please post in the correct place/I don't have contact to the development team etc....

Edit: And in my eyes new players are under powered until Level 30. The jungle is not easy without runes and masteries. Especially for new players.
