bots in arams

i am wandering if riot is doing anything about bots i am lvl 9 and all thats in arams is bots. it is hard to win anything when u have 2 or 3 bots feeding like no tommorrow. so what is riot doing. if they want to see it look at my last match they can replay it and see alot of bots
