New smite enchantment?

I came up with this idea and I just thought it was an amazing idea. So I was playing a Shaco game one day and I couldn't get tiamat so I did 0 damage.. If there was a tiamat jungle enchantment that would just be amazing! It would be like an extra active you would have to worry about! Who likes this idea,. Also; sorry if this is in the wrong discussion, I didn't really know which one was the right one.. If you want me to be more specific just ask.
