wasnt the rune builder supposed to be updated this week?

many of the runes presented there and their numbers were outdated already when the site was put up.

pretty sure i recall meddler saying something about updating the pages with the current pbe values this week, and then slower updates later on in the coming weeks.

all thats happened thus far is to give the kleptomacy placeholder a different icon.
