Random Thoughts To Make Rammus Broken

Here I sit instead of studying for my exam in a few hours when a few thoughts pop into my head, what are some things that could make broken, yet not be too unreasonable to add (for some). These are in no particular order.

1. Q can only collide with Champions during build up
2. Taunt lowers resistances to a set amount like 30 armor/mr
3. W reflects all AD damage instead of just autos
4. W reflects on hit affects to their full amount as true damage.
5. W give him flat amount and % bonus resistances 6)Gains bonus health instead or ad when stacking armor
6. All of his abilities scale with armor instead of AP
7. Ult keeps enemies grounded and adds additional damage to those who try to dash.
8. Ult pulls enemies closer to with each tremor
9. Q scales with speed as well.
