ok why this is not already a thing is beyond me,

i love how even with people "smurfing" are like go ahead report me thsi isnt my main

  1. check all accounts that login from that ip, then cross-check used passwords, chances are people use the same password for their smurfs as their mains.

  2. HWID ban them, why they dont do this already is beyond me, if you get a 2 week ban for afking great they just play on a different account, well if their computer is banned from the servers makes that more difficult dosent it? and to the whole "what if someone elts plays on that PC"

well look at valve, people that get their accounts VAC banned could just say well my account was hacked. well guess what your account is your responsibility just like your COMPUTER should be your responsibility, if big bro gets a temp ban for feeding/afking and lil bro goes to play and cant cause the computer is HWID banned bet you they both wont be doing it again :)

3)IP ban. same as above your internet your responsible for what you do with it, if its used and abused tuff titties.

  1. force them to play 50 games vs bots. and moniter the account for botting the 50 games, then if they get cought botting perma bann hammer.

  1. Likely already something they do.
  2. Horrible idea because a lot of players, especially in foreign countries, use internet cafes. That would ruin the entire internet cafe for everyone if one person goes around trolling without solving a single problem.
  3. This is even worse. What happens if people play using college wifi? Do you just ban that entire college from playing League? Because that's a horrible idea that, again, doesn't fix anything and pisses a lot of people off.
  4. So force someone to play almost 17 hours straight of bots to do anything in game. That's a lot of people's entire free time for a week or more completely gone to grinding bot games to be able to actually play. And it isn't going to help because it doesn't help anyone who afked get back into the game without causing problems.

Basically the proposed fixed you have are great for making a system designed to fuck over a large amount of people, the vast majority of whom would be innocent if 2 or 3 went in, over an already easily solved problem.
