I've about had enough of getting a 5 Game 20 Minute Low Priority Penalty just because your servers crashed on me. I have a constant 130 ping in game and my connection is very stable.

I checked my ISP and they said they had no problems at all. I checked my internet connection and it's stable.

Your servers crash on me all the time and what do I get? I have to wait 20 minutes to enjoy myself a game of League of Legends.

I get reported by my teammates. I lose LP. I get demoted.

Please actually improve this. It's not only me who has this problem. I've surfed countless posts and what do you guys say to each and every one?

"We're sorry." Really?

I'm not quitting on you guys just yet. It's tempting. But I won't. Now, please, PLEASE, fix this problem. I don't want to be a burden to other people who are in my team, and I don't want to quit playing.

One thing you did not say you checked was if the issues disappear if you bypass your router.

I only bring this up since I know it can be an issue.

Please. I know it's rude of me to say this, considering I don't buy RP with money and you guys can just brush me aside for not actually "supporting", but as a player, I beg of you guys to fix this. It has ruined a lot of people's gameplay already, and it's disturbing.

i get a steady 15 ping and around 60 FPS or better when playing battlefield 4 online with max graphics. and yet as soon as i jump on league im getting anywhere between 30-60 fps and 60 ping. so annoying

It is a bit stupid in all honesty, people should not get a leaver buster, or any type of punishment for not being able to connect and no one on the team with it should lose lp, it's a tragic thing to have happen in ranked, especially at lower elo's

Even if you're internet company is good, there are a lot of things that going into the problem, how good your internet ACTUALLY is and where you are. How many people are using the internet, who is tealing it, yada yada yada, I heal things and kill things, is paradox no? Wait wrong game.

What I am trying to say is that it isn't the riot servers, it is highly unlikely as you are playing on the same servers as all of us and it seems to be an individual problem.

Basically you are complaining about server issues without knowing for certain it is server issues, while they have been posting blogs detailing there step by step process to fixing the servers once and for all.
