best i had were 47 assist,overall i always get 20+

It has been done before, and it was even done in the LCS. However, it was nerfed. She is not a great support when compared to other alternatives. Camille needs gold to be good. Sure, she has damage level 2 and 3 with combos, but being useless level 1 and foregoing a support item is too unviable.
Also, your op.gg (http://na.op.gg/summoner/champions/userName=SuperMewKitty) says that you have only played 4 games of Camille and lost one. That makes 75% win rate, and you only have two games with assists over 20. Not to mention that anything can work in your elo.
Anything works in low elo, but there are better options than Camille support. You also need a support item.
