Ezreal mid s6 thoughts

So basically I have found myself really enjoying blue ezreal this season so far. However, as I personally am more of a mid laner than adc, I have tried playing him mid a couple times with varying success. I was just wondering if ez is even viable as a mid laner this patch or if I should just stick with adc. Also I was wondering if I do play him mid, what's the best build? Ad, ap, or some hybrid? Thanks for any help guys!
