Picking Fill

I would like to give Rito a little bit of praise for the current meta.

I remember at the beginning of this season, and last season, when picking "Fill" was no different than picking Support. I think about 9 out of every 10 "fill" games resulted in getting support. But currently, I actually don't know what I'm going to get if I pick fill. I've gotten a couple tops, a couple mids, a couple adcs, and a couple jungles. Granted, fill still results in support >20% of the time, but it's nothing like what it used to be.
