I'm sorry but these twitch nerfs didn't do anything

Look, I'm a level 5 twitch player. He's not my main, but he's fun. However: he's just really stupid right now. You can't give him waveclear/zone with his w and make his stealth take only 1.5s to go into effect, then wonder why he's wrecking everything. You basically gave him a lane phase, and an easier time to engage/disengage/keep uptime with his stealth.

Nerfing his w by 20 mana is not the way to fix him. Revert some of the changes, so it actually feels like a reward to start decimating teams, rather than just inevitable. (Basically make his lane phase godawful like before - that's what balanced him).
