With Veigar being looked at for the MYMU I have a suggestion

has been one of my favorite champions for a long time alongside and I personally really like his playstyle of starting of weak and then basically becoming a god so long as he got his AP stacked up. So my suggestion is REMOVING the 80% AP Ratio scaling and instead have it scale with his baleful strike stacks. This will make it so AP champions facing won't feel like actually getting AP will make you weaker versus him as well as adds more counterplay to via harassing him more in lane to deny stacks delays his power even more. I feel this change would make him stronger vs non AP champions but weaker vs AP champions and be more balanced in general. It also opens up more options to balance his ult if he gets to strong or to weak like changing his stack ratio, ap ratio, or base damages to buff/nerf him. Overall I feel like this change would be one of the best changes you could give him .
