When are the Juggernaut nerfs coming?

There are a lot of braindead face-roll melee champions in the game at the moment that have lots of health, deal tons of damage and HEAL for a ton.

Darius and Illaoi are notorious examples. We can also add Nasus and Yorick if they are built correctly they can literally 1v5.

Some duelists are also too powerful in the top lane like Poppy and Fiora.

Example: I picked Jax into Darius in a ranked game and the guy literally didn't know how to farm, he just made sure to all-in me whenever I got near minions and win every single trade thanks to his stats and his spells damage + heals, he ended up winning the game with 70 cs and a 7/3/6 score, and I had 180 cs with a 2/12/5 score.

It sucked so much that I had to wonder if this champion was even balanced at all.

Another Example: I was 2 levels ahead of an Illaoi support with barely 2 items as a fed 6/0 Rek'Sai with a Cinderhulk and Titanic Hydra, I saw she was low so I went all in on her, at first she ran and I barely damaged her, but then her carry pinged her to turn around since he was coming, so she facerolled all her spells (including ult) and ended up doing 1500 damage with Prophet of the Elder God before her carry even arrived to help.

TL;DR Darius and Illaoi are unfightable when you play regular melee champions.
