I'm sick of going mid against an annie only for her to hit 6 and flash tibbers me and get 100 to 0'd with no counterplay. The sad part is she can do it without items. If you make tibbers a projectile skillshot you can give people a chance, like malphites ult. I just need some counterplay is all.
