Lissandra is lacking

I liked lissandra. i thought she was cool and super badass. but seeing the game itself change and other champs changing with it, i see lissandra "frozen" in place. her bread and butter Q, has a pretty bad range. using the minions is only to slightly extend said range. you miss a minion boom, wasted mana unless passive was up. speaking of passive, with the new runes sure she has 2 free ability uses. but they all are on a huge cooldown. easy to predict abilities like her e. either she will go to it or not. if she trys to get close its to w. you have speedy champs that make all her abilities mean nothing. her early game damage is low. by the time she has damage everyone else was already there by 10-15 minutes. she needs a rework. boosting her damage isn't gonna really fix her. lowering the cooldowns wont be a good fix either. Only positive thing i can say is she works well in team fights by ulting the biggest threat being either adc or assassin or the a lux.
