LeaveBuster and LoL Lack of Respect

So today I got on LoL to play and my laptop has developed a bit of a problem that started with in the last 3 weeks where it makes me restart because it says my direct x driver are wrong etc. This is not true however as I restart and it works fine, I'm not sure if its a windows update issue or not because it seems to happen after it download windows updates because when I go to restart it make me update then restart then I can get back into the game. The time this takes is between 1 to 5 minute depending on windows updates.

I think its really sad that Riot has come down to punishing its players that have been playing since it was create and have invest money into there account. They have lost focus on what is important which is there end user. I'm now sitting on a 20 minute wait time because I was not fast enough with in a minute to restart my computer and get back into the client which then would not let me join the game.

As sad as this is I'm really losing my respect for this company for my entertainment and that just disappointing because I have always enjoyed the game. But when you treat your end user like trash and punish them for things its just wrong. When I play any other game Battlefield 4 or whatever else I decide to play they don't punish me when my system has issue, they don't punish me for leaving in the middle of a game because my kids need attention.

I mean if this is the way they respect us the end user is to punish us because we have a life and sometimes things are just outside of our control then I guess its time to retire the LoL client and move on.

Despite my record which is 98% of the time good, if you look at it Riot you do this to your loyal players shame on you.
