Suggestions : Rotate op champs instead of trying to balance them.

HeyGuys :D

I just saw that Graves nerf are reverted on the PBE and i'm kinda bored about this kind of thing. I mean firstly : Why are you scared to destroy some champions by nerfim them and you are ruining others with huge nerfs. It's often the same champions. Every time an unplayed champ like Sejuani or Volibear start being played they dont even hit the LCS that they already got hard nerfed while champ like Nidalee and Graves that are viable for a long time now and perma ban got slight nerf or nothing. If u cant balance a champ ...well just destroy him like you do for other champions untill you fix the reason why people dont want to play against or why this champ is broken !!! According to me; more people would apreciate to see a champ unplayable to see more often champions that are not played for the moment cause the op one do the job better ! Even the main of those broken champions cant play them anyway since they are banned like 50% of the time.

I would really like to tell more things in a better way but my english sucks :/

What do you guys think about it?

And in my opinion (but this doenst really concern that post.) If u wanna nerf Graves.... Just hard nerf his dmg or his tankiness... it should not be hard. Also late game Graves doenst feel like he has reloading time between AA... It could be thing that you could investigate for a nerf ;)

The problem is they cant slaughter graves he is too popular and isnt that major of a problem due to peeling supps and tops

late game nerf for graves would be good

Also some champs cannot be roated(such as aatrox) because when weak they have very bad winrates (40%-49% etc) but when they are buffed back they end up having 60-95% winrates which isnt healthy at all
