Would you guys like a scrapnew MF passive with arpen, mpen and FLAT attack speed?

I was thinking about two things.

1. As a "Gun and Run" ADcarry, MF would be better off with an active movespeed steroid like Draven's - not interruptable.
2. MF has mixed damage, straight and reverse scalings, a propension (or should have it) to use Q a lot rather than just autos. So what if we deleted her passive, made it a non-deniable active on W, and instead give her hybrid penetration (so she can make uuse of her w's passive, Q, whatever) and flat attack speed (so she can go more on the "ad caster" side, not investing as much as other ADCs in attack+crit items?

Tell me what you guys think about it, and also more generally what you think about flat attack speed kit steroids and items if they were to be ntroduced.
