Taric stack healing system would be much better on Soraka.

He is way more reliable then her right now [both in healing and range]. Also is not such an easy target as she is. Soraka is so hard countered by GW that isn't fun. Can anyone from Riot step in to talk about it? We even have a new GW proc called thorn mail.
