putting rengar back to his oldself

now i know people have been saying rengar is just outright shit. And they arent wrong he really is shit! But riot devs do this like every time he gets nerfed beyond repair and then they buff the ever lasting fuck out of him. So in conclusion i would like rengar to be the powerful burst kitty he used to be not a weak cat who dies to blue buff while lvl 3.[zombie-nunu-bummed]
