Does anyone knows about champions upgrade's level costs of blue Essence?

i heard as i remember, but i donno where, that its gonna be lowered more than the current time 2450 for lvl 6, and 2950 for lvl 7. have heard its gonna be lowered from that, any information about if its gonna be lowered or not? thank you.
