Why arcade borders don't show up ?

So i bought the kai'sa and qiyana bundle,but the border for both of them is missing in loading screen

I bought the Caitlyn bundle, but for me as well the border is not being shown

Same here I bought caitlyn's border set but no border shown in the loading screen. Issue needs to be reported
