Can We Get a Forge Mode?

I've just been seeing a whole bunch of people wanting more creative game modes and I thought it would be cool if we had something like Dota's custom game modes. It would even be cool to design maps with the assets already provided by Riot and if it gained enough popularity I could see prizes and even missions being built around designing your own maps and game modes.
