Buff to Support Shaco

Being able to play support takes a lot of creativity but it does have its flaws that would be nice if Riot gave a slight buff to. His early mana consumption is the only buff I would require to run a smoother laning phase because of his w and q costing a lot. However i do respect the trade-offs with high mana consumption and plan around it with runes but building straight mana regen isn't really possible because he has long cooldowns. His cooldowns are fine its just he uses a lot of mana as a support to just pool cdr into runes and thats the only problem I usually have even with a 6.7 regen as long as Im using my other abilities sparingly. Other than that I believe he is a very viable champion in this role with a high risk high reward play style. Although a lot of summoners frown on taking champions into unusual roles as a bad thing I hope that Riot will entertain the thought of allowing a madman to have some fun with his possible friend :3
