Riot has no right to nerf Rek Sai

After Rek Sai had her lovely quality of life changes which were just supposed to make rek sai feel better she instantly became the most overpowered jungle in league of legends. Rek sai is hit with a nerf to her ult and her base AD ratio to 175% from 200%. This nerf convinced a lot of low elo players (im silver) like me to drop out on her while she is still a viable pick for high elo players. Nobody plays reksai in low elo because she isn’t a late game champion and low elo games tend to last that long. Also players don’t know how to play her. She has a 45% win rate in silver elo. Yes I said that, 45% win rate. Her win rates are higher the higher you go up. I find it very dissapointing in riot games to nerf a champion just because diamond players hate her. You are already nerfing Jarvan IV and not nerfed a ridiculously broken hecarim top and jungle with predator and conqueror who has been overpowered for so long abusing hec in both positions and you just give him one tiny nerf? Oh and it’s not just low elo, high elo players use hecarim top. You’ve seen so many you tubers and twitch streamers praise hecarim and Rek sai is left in the shadows and is still getting a nerf? Maybe pull back on giving rek sai nerfs for patch 9.9, Find a way to nerf rek sai without affecting her low elo gameplay, or even better, don’t nerf rek sai at all!
