Could We Get Set Quick Cast With Icon With Specific Abilities

To make it clear on what I mean Ill use someone like I would like quick cast with Icon with her Ult and her E not her Q since its not a skill shot and doesn't feel as fluent as to normal quick cast. When I'm playing someone like I dont mind all the abilities using icon because shes all skill shot but having it on point and click abilities just seems pointless and kinda annoying.
