Why is farming so hard?
Unless I play an adc I can never get good farm, actually my farm has gotten worse from like 170 to 150. I only play mid lane mage and am shocked that I made it to silver 1 myself and will be blown away if I hit gold.

based on your match history youre not playing champions that have SUPER good waveclear so i guess its pretty normal. Maybe if you played anivia, ori, viktor ect it would be easier.
Last hitting with mages is hard, one trick I'd recommend is to watch the entire wave instead of just the lowest health minion, by watching for the pace at which each minion is dying you will get better at recognizing opportunities to last hit and you may get better at catching more CS per wave.
Also you can practice last hitting as much as you like in the practice tool. I'd recommend doing this with each champion you play, so that you can get a feel for their early game last-hitting power and reaction times (since these are different for every champion).
Even when you're playing marksmen you can practice trying to wait until the last possible second to hit minions, this is beneficial because it leaves the minions alive for longer, so that they don't push out away from you when you are trying to freeze lane.
