Rito please stop nerfing Talon

Please stop nerfing Talon into the ground. I don't remember the last time I have even seen Talon banned in a ranked match. You crippled him with the silence removal already. Why I disagree with that could be a whole thread by itself, but now you want to take away his best remaining asset? His only remaining quality is that he has his ult to get into and out of fights. Being able to do that less makes him worse, and there is no reason for that. As one of the very few Talon mains, this is heartbreaking and unnecessary.
