Who has the highest AD percentage ult?

I'm wondering what ult has the highest AD damage. I know 's is 200% of bonus AD. Is that the highest? I'm only counting ults that do it all in one hit or is hard to dodge so and is out but is ok.

Renektons W has 225% AD when empowered but its not ultimate.

Wait you count Warwick ult as hard to dodge? He's basically a skillshot with his ult. Just sidestep it.

Katarina, perhaps. It's like 330 percent, and actually scales better than AP.

Kled has 300% bonus AD on his ultimate's shield. Fiora has 300% bonus AD on her ultimate's heal.

Does Riven's full 800% AD combo while ulting count :^)?

Graves does quite a lot, with 150% of his bonus AD and then 80% of the total damage in a cone after it hits (so it's only 150% to the original target, but 120% to every other target behind them).

Jhin's final shot of his ultimate against a very low health target is 70%, plus it critically strikes for 150% bonus damage if you have an Infinity Edge, so that's 175% AD, but it's total AD not bonus AD.

Nocturne's ultimate has a 120% bonus AD ratio, and is significantly longer range than Lee Sin's ultimate.
