Ideas to Improve One for All

IMO One for All is one of the more fun rotating game modes, but there are 2 things that could be changed to make it more fun.

1: Removing Tank Items

It's not really fun for both teams when everyone is building "Adaptive Helmet." Everyone is just doing less damage and it is just delaying the games.

2: Disabling Smite

It's also not very fun to be solo top lane against 2 other people. Also, it's not fun to see someone farm both teams jungle at be heaps of gold and levels ahead of everyone else. Those two things on the same team may be fair balance wise, but they both create more stale gameplay.

Just some of my thoughts. Anything else you can think of? Anything you disagree with?
