Players without a complete rune page shouldn't be allowed in Ranked Matches. Runepages seriously make a huge difference in gameplay and every game I'm Q-ed with a player without one always results in a loss. Matchmaking should seriously take rune pages into account, especially for ranked games because it puts teams in a severe disadvantage. Anyone else experience this? [zombie-brand-mindblown]
