Xin zhao's buff is not broken

the 25%crit barely effected his gameplay and build path at all.

He was strong before devourer, he is strong before rageblade, he is strong before the buff, just no one plays him.

I played xin before devourer came out, and i used him to climb out of bronze last season, he clearly was viable and just became stronger with sated devourer and rageblade.

he is nothing dofferent before and after the buff. its just that his play rate was much lower before the buff, and people started pixking him up as freelo after his buff, and with his kit being very simple everyone started QQing about him.

It's not the buff that made xin op, he already was strong before the buff, you guys just didnt recognize him being strong.

xin being overpowered was mainly because of rageblade, not the buff.
