So I know Ezreal is balanced around being an ADC

But I can't be the only one wanting some AP Ezreal love. It's such a different and more fun playstyle, with way more emphasis on landing all of your abilities instead of just Q and autos. I don't want it to be as strong as AD Ezreal, but perhaps just not as weak as it is right now.
