@Riot Jayce PBE nerfs are too much.

Greetings!

Just a quick post of my oppinions on the most recent Jayce nerfs on the PBE. (Hyper Charge (Cannon W ) attacks now deal 60/70/80/90/100% damage from 70/85/100/115/130%)

I feel as if this is a bit too much of a nerf. It's going to seriously damage his trades, and lategame. Early game, Jayce is played like a bruiser. You harass, then jump in and fight a bit before you back off. Mid game, Jayce is played like an assassin. You use your poke, and jump in like previously, but you have enough damage to kill your opponent, when you run away swiftly. Late game, Jayce is played almost like a marksman. You stay back and look for opportunities to pick people off via range, and really only go melee when absolutely necessary.

This nerf will seriously hurt all of the above. If his damage is to be nerfed so hard, he needs to be a bit tankier, as compensation. Even Nidalee (A similar character, just AP rather than AD with a couple moves swapped) has more defensive stats than Jayce in most cases.

Please consider, and nerf responsibly.

Yup this nerf is excessive

I don't understand the reason behind these nerfs, Jayce hasn't been causing any problems for a while other than being "good enough to be able to contribute to a game". And he already got a nerf with the cooldown formula changed.

I have a feeling that it's just qq from people that forgot they should rush zhonya's on AD match ups and just want to rush their nomicon and faceroll.

Eh... he kinda needed it. A MAXIMUM attack speed boost with a damage boost was really overwhelming. Also, to all those that don't know, critical hit items did 200% damage based on the damage of these shots. MEANING a 130% W-powered shot would deal 260% on a critical hit. With Infinity Edge that was 325% damage per shot, up to a total of 975% of your AD in just above a second. Do what you want with this information.

Seriously, I'd love to see some Riot input on this. I really don't want them to totally dumpster Jayce when all he needs is a little tap.
