Hextech bolt.

OK so the hextech items. The original hextech revolver deals magic damage on hit which is great for melee champions but alot of ap casters don't actually auto attack (they are dumb) I had an idea for an alternative hextech item which follows the theme of the on hot passive that the revolver has. Combine hextech revolver with recurve bow and make an on hit hextech item that deals magic damage after every 3rd auto or so. This would be a great item for kennen who would benefit from attack speed but there are no items for it besides nashir tooth.
