Why people Complaining about leth Noc or Wukong or J4 ?!

Do i have to remind that you talking about divers that give up on their normal set of items cause they can't tank enough or put alot of damage when they follow that diver build set? Do i have to remind that all of them give up their defensive status for damage while other divers including build defensive with 2 offensive items only able to burst down squishys while tank alot of damage?
