Flex que is broken

Every game is very one sided. ether you are stomping or getting stomped. Its not even close games its so far off its ridiculous. I don't think i ever had a flex game where the game was close or seemed fair. Not to mention the players who are actively playing flex as a casual game mode and not even taking it seriously.

There was a D3 orianna in my last game too. WTH. i'm only silver 2.
