Volibear's Rolling Thunder...

I want to discuss a break in Volibear's ability, Rolling Thunder. Rolling Thunder increases his Movement Speed and applies the on-hit effect of throwing his next target behind his back. However, the on-hit effect takes place sometimes when it shouldn't.

I first noticed this last season, and was hoping it would be fixed. I was playing as Thresh and anytime I tried to use Flay to push Volibear back, he would grab me up and throw me despite not even being in attack range- which effectively only empowered Volibear's grab by doubling the distance I was thrown.

I just played an ARAM and noticed the same thing. I was using Alistar, and Voli's Q would land on me despite using Pulverize or Headbutt before an attack could be registered. Headbutt effectively increases Volibear's throwing distance too, pretty much taking Alistar with him when he gets knocked back.

It seems that Volibear doesn't need to actually land an attack- he just needs to be engaged to attack and make some sort of physical contact.

Please fix! This mechanic really hurts champion kits designed to disengage the enemy.
