Is choosing to play Jhin mid after they lock in an assassin considered intentional feeding?

why would that be considered intentional feeding? the game hasn't even started, you have no idea how good he is with said champion, you have no idea how good the other dude is with his champion.

I've beaten both a Fizz and a Talon in lane with Jhin, the trick with Jhin is to set up traps and not over extend. Most assassins (except Zed) shouldn't really be able to kill him in lane because he can and should be played very safe. After lane phase is different, but assassins are meant crap on adcs anyway.
