While people have already said how terrible assassin kayne is and stuff like that, another thing I've noticed is that when you ult someone as kayn, you can't double tap it to instantly get in and out, kind of like how 
Q can't be double tapped. Is this intended or no?
its intended so you cant "Especially in Darkin" Jump in and jump out to get super fast burst and get the bonuses of your transformation.
Say it after me: Kayn ult is not Zed ultimate.
You use it to dodge damage and get an additional Duskblade proc, not to execute people. I don't know how that feels clunky, I don't feel that way.
