Shaco quotes and recalls?

Since Shaco is on the free this week, I decided to play him for a game or two, and while his kit is super fun, I can't help but notice that he only has 10 voice lines (excluding his laughs.) Also, none of his skins have any sort of special recall animation like many other champs. Why is this?

It's because he's old.

Because Shaco came out at a time when riot was releasing a champ every 2 weeks. Or he was one of the original forty. Either way, it's because he's old as fuck and hasn't been updated.
