Level 30

With the new update where you need half the xp...I think around a month... If you play a lot during those weekends then maybe 2 weeks... it all depends on how many games you play during that time... Don't rush it thou... You still need 16 champions to get into ranked and it's also better to continue playing normals for awhile to learn more about the game...trust me you don't want to be stuck in ELO hell...
