Akali could use a fix. Useless out of place skill for her kit ( E )

Her E is a skill that is completely out of place for her kit now that it doesn't set off the Q proc.

Perhaps if the E also gave movement speed for 1.5 seconds it would feel a little smoother because when an akali uses her E she has to stop.... therefore letting the enemy get away and you end up not being able to auto attack to set off the Q. Well anyways I hope they find a way to make her less trash, she was one of my favorite champions and the nerfs to her E (and range on R) and the buffs to the trinkets (finding stealth champs for 250g) make her unplayable.
