Lower elo - trolls and dodging

I think this should be addressed sooner than later. It has been going on too long with no noticeable effort to fix it; I literally dodged 3 games in a row. Normals tend to be more competitive and stable than ranked in lower elo.

It is a win/win situation for the trolls while the legit players are being hit for it, including a potential loss if you decide to play, or time bans going up to half hour or more?, and loss of lp from dodging; which obviously lp doesn't matter. This is a reason I can say I smurf as I refuse to lose a game in a win ratio system.

Just played a game in Ranked not too long ago.

Katarina Mid was our first pick..

Then we had a Soraka Top

And then of course we have a Warwick Jungle on a team that needs a high presence early Jungler

None of them were "Trolls" to say, but they definitely didn't seem like they were trying hard to win and I thought it would be an instant lost. In the end we stomped them and won the game like it was nothing.

Even if they weren't trolls and we didn't ended up winning, It's kind of annoying to see careless people, trolls, ragers, AFK'ers, etc alike. Even if they do find a way to win the game, it shouldn't excuse anything. I'm all for out of meta champions, but holy crap when you pick Soraka Top into a Nautilus and first pick Katarina you basically say you couldn't care less about winning or losing.

I feel like a lot of Ranked games are determined by "Ok am I getting the AFK'er on my team, or will the enemy team get it this time."

Do you have anything to back that up? From the systems view, my dodging is more likely to get myself banned before the troll who cannot be reported until after the game. Support tickets do not always work wonders.

Although I seem to be running into less trolls now, Riot is taking quite an undesirable stance against it. They're just letting it sit until the justice system weeds them out, it seems (which is funny. Is the tribunal back up yet?)

By the way, if you want to post more pictures like this later, may I recommend just cropping to the chat box?

Those were actually total justifiable bans. Jinx is meh as most adcs or supps can lock her down if chosen right (Alistar, blitz, morgana to name a few. Not to mention graves, lucian, corki with their burst and dashes), Garen has carried more games than I can count just bc hes so tanky and fiora's a train if she manages to hit your vitals. That heal is also complete bs.
