Better Bots

So me and my wife enjoy playing bots matches here and there to practice up on champions that we are not comfortable playing yet. However bots matches do not offer anywhere near the true struggle of going against players. So what if there was a bot match that was personalized to your skill level so that every time you won it would increase how the bots played. I got this idea from halo wars, the AI had a ranking system 1-150 if i remember correctly. The number would go up or down depending on if you won/lost and how you did inside the match. This mode really helped me become more strategical inside playing the game. So basically should there be better bots for better players to practice champions based on how good they are?

I'm totally for better bots. As a casual player that keeps coming back to LoL it's kind of frustrating finding the only challenge vs. bots is doing stuff like never dying once vs. bots or getting a penta-kill vs. bots; as they're so easy they're a guaranteed win even when I was Bronze.

It's also really obnoxious trying to improve at much of anything vs. bots: as bots are so easy there's always going to be "that guy" that just spams the chat with "legendary" over and over again: preventing learning things like ward placement, gank routes, wave management, etc.

At a not particularly advanced level of skill, bots are only really good for a 1st win of the day game as-is.
