twitch is broken champ

I dont even play adc and i played 2 ranked games twitch jungle(last time i played him was like 3 years ago) and totally destroyed enemies.for soloqueue hes completely broken.just press q and wait for someone to start fighting which happens every minute in sq and press R from safe distance and you won fight.only counterplay for him is not ever start fight unless you catch him and engage on him which is really hard cause of his stealth duration.his q duration needs to be reduced to 4 seconds.otherwise hes completely broken and unhealthy champ.till then im just gonna abuse him for that delicious freelo
