Soraka is in a pretty bad state right now

After multiple enchanter class nerfs and general buffs to every tank support combined with no buffs since early season 6 and indirect nerfs to every playstyle Soraka tried to use she is now hovering around 48-49% winrate.

Winrate that low for a champion with pretty simple kit and easy mechanics means that she is in a very bad state right now.

Her winrate is lower than Thresh's who is both considered a more difficult champion to learn (implies lower winrate for people with less games) and a more popular choice by players (implies lower winrate because of high number of autofill/new players). This means that even shitty Threshes can get better results than quite good Sorakas now.

She is outclassed by nearly everyone in her class because her heals were nerfed several times in the past and people learned to buy Grevious Wounds every game aganist her. Her only strong point besides heals is her silence which is pale in comparison to CC provided by other enchanters like Nami's Bubble/Wave, Lulu's Polymorph or Janna's Tornado/Monsoon.

Soraka really needs some love from Riot. For a champion who is mostly about statchecking the opponent she really needs only a small buff to make her a solid pick again.

What can I suggest? Maybe give her Rejuvenation a stronger effect. Maybe give every champion afftected by Rejuvenation 2/4/6/8/10 armor and magic resist for the duration of the buff? Or maybe restore a little mana over time to an ally who got healed by emowered W? These are just suggestions.

Riot neglects Soraka for far too long. Do not forget that she does not have any official merchandise at all, she had literally ZERO lines in SG story and her only bits of lore are few sentences in client added 2 months ago after one year of her being loreless.

I know that many people hate the space goat but please, there are people who enjoys her and wants her to be at least decent.

Will anything be done to her in near future?
