If ghost could have break the movement speed cap then, it would really be worth getting...

The latest pbe update has buffed ghost. This was needed since the removal of the boots enhancements. it is now as follows.

Ghost

Cooldown lowered to 180 seconds from 210 seconds.
Movement speed now scales up with level - now [28% at level one up to 45% at level 18] from 27%.
    "Your champion can move through units and has 28-45% (depending on champion level) increased Movement Speed for 10 seconds."

This is great and I love that riot is finally buffing it. But there still lies a problem that has always been rooted with ghost....the movement speed cap. Once you go past 400 movement speed, every movement speed point become less effective reducing the effectiveness of ghost also.

So ghost become less cost effective the higher your level and the more movespeed you get from items. Hence if it ignored the movepeed cap, it would be a great spell pick.

Now that would be op as players might get speed of 600 to 700 easily, hence maybe the trade off could be it only last 4 seconds or something like that. Just a thought.
